CREST

​CREST – Cebu Reliable and excellent Seafarers Training Center (CREST), Inc. is an accredited Maritime Training Institute (MTI) provider by MRINA – STCW OFFICE (formerly known as MTC) last November 15, 2011 after complying the requirements stipulated under Section 16.1 of MTC Resolution No.05, Series of 2010 and in conformity with the rules pursuant to the Presidential Decree No.474, Executive Order No.125/ 125-A, Executive Order No.75 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) and the 1978 International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW), as amended. CREST blessing and formal inauguration was done last December 08, 2011.

MMACI

​The Merchant Marine Academy of Caraga, Inc. (MMACI) begun with the idea of five (5) individuals way back 2017 aimed at establishing a supposedly first ever maritime training and assessment center in the region. Later on, the network of these individuals saw the feasibility which they would soon agree at establishing a new maritime school in the region. MMACI envisions to open new programs in various disciplines. These include Information Technology, Criminology, Education, Business, Hospitality and Tourism, Arts and Sciences, TESDA Diploma Programs, and Junior High School in the Basic Education

HEALTHSPEC

​Cebu Healthspec Medical Diagnostic and Dental Clinic, or Healthspec, has been in operation since 2017. We started as a Dental Clinic since the original group that conceptualized the clinic were all dental practitioners. However, due to its strategic location, the potential demand for other health services and our desire to cater wider clientele, we started making plans to grow the clinic and expand it to include medical Diagnostic and Laboratory services.
